DarWin - Origin of Species

I had the pleasure of collaborating with the artist DarWin on a number of orchestral arrangements for the concept album “Origin Of Species”. This necesitated several trips to Iceland to record the Siggi String Quartet, but the highlight of the project was recording at Abbey Road Studio 2 with the London Chamber Orchestra under the baton of conductor Matt Dunkley for the track Escape the Maze.

The album features legendary drummer and producer Simon Phillips, who also drives the production on the album, Matt Bissonette – vocals, bass, DarWin – guitars, Jeff Babko – piano, and featuring blazing guitar solos from Greg Howe.
